Todd is currently the co-founder and CEO of Kevala, an intelligent workforce management and engagement platform built to solve the staffing problems in long-term care facilities. Kevala’s intelligent platform is designed to maximize employee productivity and engagement, while improving quality of care and the bottom line. Prior to launching Kevala 2020, Todd served as the CEO of three enterprise SaaS businesses in the marketing and HR technology verticals. His most recent venture Azuqua, an integration platform, completed a successful exit to Okta in March 2019. His other two businesses, TalentWise and Appuri, were industry leaders in the background screening and customer data platform categories, respectively. Todd began his career in the nuclear submarine force after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is a 2001 graduate of Harvard Business School, is married with 2 children, and lives in Kirkland, Washington.
