Facilities can post their upcoming shift needs, including what they want to pay the aides and nurses. Once posted, the ESHYFT staff can pick up the shifts directly from the ESHYFT app.
This gives facilities full control of filling any needs they may have, and not having to be concerned whether other staffing agencies are giving their time to find someone to cover their shifts.
