The year was 2017 at a bustling airport in New York and two busy travelers just happened to meet when seated next to each other on their flight. After a quick exchange of pleasantries, they quickly realized the commonalities they shared in their pursuit to provide a new and improved rehab management solution for the Long-Term Care industry. It was this chance encounter of now QRM cofounder and president, Herman Friedman, and CEO, Freda Mowad, which launched their successful partnership and company now servicing hundreds of skilled nursing facilities across the nation. QRM formed on a connection, and to this day, that remains the pinnacle of the operation.
