In 2022 he lead a collaboration with the State of Illinois, and SEIU Healthcare to develop and implement a new medicaid reimbursement system focused on PDPM, quality, staffing and C.N.A tenure that brought over $700 Million dollars annually into a system that was considerably underfunded for years. He has been consistently successful in developing new business and forging new opportunities, while strengthening existing operations and business.
