Zach Shamberg is the President and CEO of the Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA), which represents long-term care providers, workers and residents throughout PA. Zach has been named to various 'Power' lists throughout his tenure as the leader of PHCA, including the PA Healthcare 100, Healthcare Power Players, Forty Under 40, and 2022 Impact 50. He is the former Director of Government Affairs at PHCA, and was also Chief of Staff to state Representative Todd Stephens. Zach is a passionate advocate for older adults in Pennsylvania, including his own grandfather, who resided in both a nursing home and personal care home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
