Attendees will need to show either proof of vaccination, a negative Covid test taken less than 72 hrs prior to the event, or we respectfully ask for you to take a rapid  test at registration.

eCap is working closely with CrowdPass, the industry leader in HIPAA compliant Covid-19 event clearance. The CrowdPass platform will allow you to upload proof of vaccination or negative test results. Once your upload is confirmed and approved, you will receive a QR code by email from CrowdPass. At registration simply display your QR code to be scanned for entry. If you do not have proof of vaccination or a negative covid test, please select on-site testing in the CrowdPass platform. 

Please do not bring proof of vaccination or test results to registration. We are unable to verify on-site, and will instead ask for a rapid test. Proof of vaccination or negative test results can only be accepted through the CrowdPass platform.

Rapid testing will be available on-site at registration for those who are unable to show a vaccination record or a negative covid test result taken within 72 hours of event opening. 

In summary:
For entry to eCap22 an attendee will need one of the following:

• Proof of vaccination;
• A negative covid test result within 72 hours of event opening, or
• A negative rapid test result at registration.

Miami-Dade County no longer requires masks for full vaccinated individuals. Masks will still be provided throughout the venue for those who are not vaccinated, or who feel more comfortable using one. We ask that attendees be responsible to the larger group and help keep a safe environment for all. Hand sanitizer stations will also be available throughout the venue.

At registration attendees will be asked to choose a color-coded badge sticker based on your personal preference:

Please note: Only registered attendees will have access to CrowdPass for our event. Please make sure to use the same email address you used when you registered for the event.

 IMPORTANT: Please allow 24 hrs after registration for the list to update before registering with CrowdPass. Registering with CrowdPass is not event registration. If you are not registered for the event, a CrowdPass approval will not allow event entrance.
