Only registered attendees have access to the app.
You must use the same email address you used when registering for the event.
If someone else registered you under their email address, you will need to update your registration with the correct email address. Then go back to the app and login. (To edit your existing registration, click here.)
Your password used when registering for the event is not the same as the app password. If you used the app at eCap21 or at a previous event, simply enter the same password you used last year. If you need to create a new password, please click "forgot password" and create a new password.
IMPORTANT: IF YOUR EVENTMOBI APP IS LOCKED INTO A PREVIOUS EVENT, PLEASE DELETE THE APP AND RE-INSTALL IT. THEN FOLLOW ABOVE DIRECTIONS.
The eCap22 app is hosted with within an EventMobi container app. As such, the logo on your phone will be an EventMobi icon.
Should you need to search within EventMobi for the app, simply enter eCap22 as your event code.
Please note: all chat messages and meeting requests also go to email. To reply to a chat message please reply from within the app. Replies sent via email will not get to your message recipient.
