Elizabeth handles a wide variety of real estate, finance, and corporate transactions in the long term care and senior housing markets, including acquisitions, dispositions, operations transfers, and the structuring of RIDEAs and other joint ventures. She closes senior credit facilities, mortgage term loans, revolvers, construction loans, mezzanine loans, participations, and note sales.
