Alan Litt as president of Monticello asset management brings over 30 years of intensive real estate finance, development and construction experience to the organization. Mr. Litt was President (2000-2010) and then Chairman (2010-Present) of The Kohl Companies (Kohl Solutions and Kohl Construction Group) developing, owning and operating skilled nursing facilities and multifamily housing, including market rate and affordable housing financed through low income housing and historic tax credits. Mr. Litt has deep knowledge in working with regulated businesses. He is a recent Trustee of Yonkers Partners in Education and the Advisory Council for Provident Bank, and a consultant to various not-for-profit religious, healthcare and educational institutions in the New York Metropolitan Area. Mr. Litt received a B.S. Degree in Finance from New York University (1981).
