HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

eCap is committed to a safe and enjoyable event, and will comply with all event safety protocols consistent with Miami-Dade County and the State of Florida. The eCap team will continue to work closely with our venue and medical professionals to develop event protocols designed with your health, safety, and comfort in mind. Please familiarize yourself with the safety guidelines and protocols for this year's event. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Event Clearance

Attendees will need to show either proof of vaccination, a recent negative Covid test, or we respectfully ask for you to take a rapid antigen test at registration.

For those who are vaccinated, or have a negative covid test result within 72 hours of event:
eCap is working closely with CrowdPass, the industry leader in HIPAA compliant Covid-19 event clearance. The CrowdPass platform will allow you to upload proof of vaccination or negative test result. Once your upload is confirmed and approved, you will receive a QR code by email from CrowdPass. At registration simply display your QR code to be scanned for entry. CrowdPass will be directly in contact with registered attendees and will open for online submissions 3 days before the event.

Please do not bring proof of vaccination or test results to registration. We are unable to verify on-site, and will instead ask for a rapid test. Proof of vaccination or negative test results can only be accepted through the CrowdPass platform.

Rapid antigen test will be available on-site at registration for those who are unable to show a vaccination record or a negative covid test result taken within 72 hours of event opening.

To summarize:
For entry to eCap21 an attendee will need one of the following:

  • Proof of vaccination,
  • A negative covid test result within 72 hours of event opening, or
  • A negative rapid test result at registration.

At the Event

Miami-Dade County no longer requires masks for full vaccinated individuals. Masks will still be provided throughout the venue for those who are not vaccinated, or who feel more comfortable using one. We ask that attendees be responsible to the larger group and help keep a safe environment for all. Hand sanitizer stations will also be available throughout the venue.

Due to the pandemic and to promote social distancing we will not be hosting our annual gala dinner this year. However, we have exciting options planned instead. Monday night dinner will be split in two venues with two different themes and menus.

At registration attendees will be asked to choose a color-coded badge sticker based on your personal preference:

Okay with handshakes and high fives

Okay with talking but not touching

I'm Keeping my distance

Please place the color-coded sticker on your badge so that others know your comfort level.

Looking forward to a safe, enjoyable and productive event!
