Neil Gamss is a Co-Founder of the Capital Advisory Group at Housing & Healthcare Finance. The Group has arranged over $2.5 billion in bridge and accounts receivable financing for SNFs, ALFs, and ILFs throughout the U.S since its inception in late 2015. Neil and his team provide creative financing solutions including A-B structures, mezzanine, preferred equity and holdco debt.

Neil has his Master’s degree from New York University in Real Estate Finance.
