Mr. Howard joined Capital Funding in September of 2004, where he is responsible for the structuring and financing of healthcare real estate transactions. Prior to working with CFG, he was employed for several years with the New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation, an $8.6 billion state-wide construction initiative mandated by the state of New Jersey. While there, Mr. Howard oversaw various groups, including the Design/Construction Procurement Group, as well as the Financial Forecasting Group. Before his tenure with the NJSCC, he worked with Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc., a full-service investment banking firm headquartered in Baltimore, Md. Mr. Howard was a member of the Financial Institutions Group within the investment banking division, and is experienced in public and private debt and equity offerings, as well as in merger and acquisition structures and financings. Mr. Howard received his B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from James Madison University.
