Ms. O'Kelley focuses her practice on long term care transactions, including financing, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of long term care and seniors housing facilities. In particular, she represents national health care lenders in origination and servicing of balance sheet, bridge-to-agency and mezzanine loans. Ms. O'Kelley also represents owners, operators and developers of health care facilities, as well as investors in other real estate asset classes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. O'Kelley practiced at a large law firm and a commercial real estate boutique firm, both in Atlanta, where she acted as counsel to numerous national lending institutions and loan servicers in loan originations, securitizations and post-securitization master and special servicing transactions. In addition, Ms. O'Kelley has significant experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, loan modifications and defaulted loan work-outs.
