Elizabeth represents lenders and borrowers in the negotiation of senior credit facilities, mortgage term loans, revolvers, construction loans, mezzanine loans, participations, and note sales. Elizabeth has closed over $2 billion in long-term care loans over the past 18 months. Elizabeth also has significant corporate experience, including the structuring of RIDEAs and national joint ventures.
