Bio
Tara Gregorio is the President of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association (MSCA), a professional membership association which represents more than 400 proprietary and nonprofit nursing facilities, assisted living residences, residential care facilities and continuing care retirement communities. Gregorio began her career at MSCA as a legislative consultant in 1996
and, prior to being named President in 2017, she most recently served as the Association’s Senior Vice President of Government Relations.

As the state’s largest association representing long term and post-acute care centers, MSCA’s mission is to improve the quality and delivery of post-acute and long-term care services in
Massachusetts through advocacy, education and research. Under Gregorio’s leadership, MSCA is focused on delivering policy solutions to the current health care and budget challenges facing the provider community and advocates on legislative, regulatory and financing issues affecting care providers, residents, and consumers.

Gregorio also serves as the Executive Director/Treasurer of the Massachusetts Senior Care Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization established in 1985 to improve the
quality of long-term care services for the state’s older adults and people with disabilities through education, research and quality improvement programs.
