Saber began when it acquired two skilled nursing care facilities in the Cleveland, Ohio area and began a successful track record of taking control of troubled facilities with operating losses, improving census, management operations, and building a culture of care first. Weisberg received his BA in Political Science from Cleveland State in 1993. In 1998, while working full-time managing multiple facilities, Weisberg completed his Masters Degree in Public Administration with a focus on public works and health issues from Cleveland State
